Amarone with Raisins

Caberlot

Cabernet Sauvignon

Carmenere
Once mistaken for a Merlot, this mysterious grape varietal has recently been identified as an old world pre-phyloxera clone. Currently the flagship varietal of Chile, this wine’s character is distinct with its blackcurrant nose matched with fruit jam flavors. Integrated tannins allow for early consumption and its rich and complex nature will be highlighted through maturing this unique variety.
Castel del Papa
It is distinguished by its intense deep-red, virtually black color. Good tannins, medium acidity and high alcohol level are all noticeable characteristics. Chianti with Raisins
This Tuscan wine revolutionized the era of straw-covered bottles. It is distinguished by a garnet-red hue with ruby reflections. Old Vine Zinfandel

Pinot Noir
It undergoes a metamorphosis as it ages. You will have aromas comprising of a generous bouquet of violets and earthy spices. Rio Grande Rojo

Rosso D’Avola (Nero D’Avola!)
Native to Sicily, it has become one of the island’s best-known red varietals. Nero D’Avola is capable of producing wines of great distinction with complexity, richness and texture that are capable of aging for many years. The predominant bouquet is of ripe black cherries with a hint of underbrush and an ever so slight ripe banana nuance. Aged with the right amount of oak (supplied), this wine will surpass all your expectations.
Shiraz
